Abstract
This IDC Survey highlights the growing importance of cloud SPs and vendors in engaging with enterprises and government. End users seek higher assurances from their vendor partners in service lines, such as workspace services, cloud integration, and modernisation, as well as hybrid cloud management. Services firms, such as global systems integrators, are doing well in network integration and management, application development and modernisation, cybersecurity, and analytics/data science. This shift in sourcing strategies highlights how spending is increasing in these areas and how vendor/services firms have changed positions in the past year. IDC combined all 440 enterprise responses into one report format with country and segment analyses. This is the third report that provides a deep dive into the Australia and New Zealand IT ecosystem.
