IDC Innovators are emerging vendors with revenue below US$100 million and with innovative technologies or groundbreaking business models, or both. This IDC Innovator study conducted a comprehensive survey of the innovative technologies and market applications in DevSecOps of Xmirror, Qingteng, Tcsec, Secidea, and Code Force.
"Enterprises expect developers to continue to create innovative software to help enterprises develop rapidly and maintain their advantages in the fierce market competition, but the rapid development and iteration of software also leaves security concerns. Considering the imbalance between security team members and developers in most enterprises, it becomes particularly important to make security an integral part of the software development process through DevSecOps and improve employees' security awareness. IDC believes that enterprises in DX need to overcome cultural barriers, barriers to collaboration and skills to increase the sense of urgency to adopt DevSecOps, " says Austin Zhao, research manager for the IT security market at IDC China.
