Abstract
This IDC Tech Buyer Survey Spotlight examines how European security leaders perceive the change management challenges of GenAI. It shows that the top concern of executives — data security and privacy exposures — are also a concern of employees, but at a much lower level.
Surprisingly, a high concern for employees — management ineffectively addressing fears of GenAI-led layoffs — was the lowest concern for executives. Both results have implications that European security leaders, including CISOs, must address proactively as GenAI products are tested and rolled out in organizations across a wide variety of industries.
