Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight analyzes the highlights of IDC's 2024 Worldwide Digital Sovereignty Survey. It looks at the government sample of the survey to understand the intentions of government IT executives globally, such as CIOs, CTOs, and chief artificial intelligence officers (CAIOs), to use sovereign solutions to implement AI initiatives. In fact, 50% of governments that are using or planning to use sovereign cloud solutions intend to use them to deploy AI workloads.
