• Flight information for preferred flights (if you have one)
• Known Traveler # (if you have one) for you and your guest
• Airline Frequent Flyer numbers for you and your guest
• Gender for you and your guest
• Mobile Phone Number

Please Note: IDC will cover Roundtrip, Economy/Coach Airfare for the winner and an adult guest for arrival on Sunday, June 2 and departure on Thursday, June 6. Attendees that wish to fly Premium Economy or Business class are able to upgrade their tickets at their own expense.
