This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation outlines some topics discussed at the sixth edition of the IDC European Future of Work Xchange, hosted in Malaga, Spain, on April 14 and 15, 2024. At the summit, IDC and several guest speakers discussed how job roles and skills are changing and what generative AI (GenAI) means for the Future of Work in Europe
