This IDC study provides a review of the 2023 U.S. laser A3/A4 multifunction peripheral (MFP) market and vendor shares. Shipments, value of shipments, and ASVs in this study match data reported in IDC's 1Q24 Worldwide Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker.
"In 2023, A3 MFPs again gained market share from A4 models, but A4 still held more market share than in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
