Abstract
This IDC presentation provides historical data (2019–2023) and forecast data (2024–2028) for the worldwide service provider compute and storage infrastructure market. The forecast and historical data illustrates consumption of infrastructure hardware segmented by service provider category: hyperscaler, cloud service provider, digital service provider, communications service provider (telco), and dedicated hoster. For each of these categories, IDC has estimated the value (end-user spending), units, and storage capacity shipped.
