Abstract
This IDC Survey examines the results of a recent survey of approximately 600 decision-makers responsible for implementing commercially available identity and access management (IAM) software products in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Brazil to assess technology adoption and future interests associated with this very competitive, fragmented, and dynamic marketplace. One area of focus was to renew our perspectives regarding legacy or mainframe environments to investigate whether organizations are making or considering any significant changes to what tend to be very stable environments.
