This IDC Survey Spotlight presents select findings from IDC's February 2024 Worldwide CEO Survey and IDC's August 2023 Worldwide C-Suite Tech Survey. IDC's Worldwide CEO Survey reveals that trust has risen to the second place priority for organizations aiming to grow their business, up from ninth place in 2023. In addition, IDC's Worldwide C-Suite Tech Survey shows that leaders consider vendors' customer data usage and management practices as a vital factor when evaluating GenAI partners. Consequently, trust has emerged as a critical priority for C-suite leadership, prompting organizations to establish trusted GenAI tech partnerships that enable them to strengthen their relationships with customers and partners.
