This IDC PeerScape looks at the best practices for executing on a successful center of excellence (COE) strategy and advises on how to overcome the top challenges around COEs.
"There are a number of challenges to executing on a successful COE strategy. These include the need to always be innovative, developing common metrics and KPIs, building collaborative culture, providing needed training, and aligning the COE mission with other business units.
