Yanniek is an experienced Senior Consultant IT Sourcing and Governance at IDC Metri with a strong focus on sourcing strategies and selection processes, workforce benchmarks and supplier portfolio analysis.

His IT, business and process-oriented experience enable him to shift effortlessly between the various roles that come with the process-oriented and substantive aspects of a project. This allows him to create impact with actionable advice to clients and support them in their ambitions.

Harold van Heeringen

Principal Consultant

Drs Harold van Heeringen is an expert in software metrics, estimation, benchmarking, team performance meassurement and software quality improvement. With a background in business economics, he worked for Sogeti as a senior consultant before joining Metri as a principal consultant and practice lead for IT Intelligence services. Harold's leadership roles include former president of the International Software Benchmarking Standards Group (ISBSG), board member of Nesma, and currently also board member of the Software Special Interest Group of the International Cost Estimation and Analysis Association (ICEAA).
